Multiple-Entry Work Visa

Please note that, due to changing and toughening of Kazakhstan visa legislation, we no longer provide rush visa services to all clients. We only provide regular visa services (5-6 business days). Nonetheless, for certain corporate or our long-time clients, certain exceptions can be made, and rush service could still be provided. Please contact us for additional details.

To assist you with our Kazakhstan multiple-entry work visa services, all applicants are asked to follow the below steps:

1. Download the Application Package and relevant Power of Attorney (Single applicant) or Family (Multiple applicants). You will need to certifiy your signature by comissioner or notary.
2. Read Instructions. Please read all instructions very carefully, you can find all answers for all your questions there.
3. Fill out Cover Letter and Application Form.
4. Collect all other documents listed in the Checklist.
5. Look up fees for our services on "Our Fees" page in the main menu above.
6. Make payment as as explained below in "Payment Methods" section.
7. Send by courier to our Ottawa office as explained below in "Where to Send Your Documents" section.
8. Advise us by email to customer.service@kazakhservicecentre.com the tracking number so that we ensure timely receipt of your documents and start keeping you updated about the status of your application.

To fill out the aforementioned documents you need to have a free Adobe Reader installed on your computer. You can download it for free from Adobe website http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
 
If there is any issue with the editable PDF forms or you need additional clarification of Kazakhstan requirements, please contact us.
 
After we receive all the documents, we will issue you the invoice/receipt for the payment made and let you know when you should expect your documents back. Usually, it should take approximately 1 week for your visa to be issued and sent back to you.

If you need your documents to be returned by courier mail, please enclose a self-addressed prepaid envelope with postage paid or completed express mail waybill (FedEx, Purolator, UPS, DHL, Canada Post are accepted but FedEx preferred due to best service quality). 

Once our office has received your package, one of our representatives will contact you to begin the process of keeping you up to date regarding the receipt, progress and completion of your documents.  Or you can choose to contact our representative yourself to make sure your documents have been forwarded.
