Terms and conditions by Kazakh Service CentreKazakh Service Center shall not be responsible for theft, loss or damage of passports or other documents nor for delays in issuance of visas and delays with authentication/legalization/apostille of documents, due to circumstances or causes beyond its control, nor does it assume any responsibility whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to any person or property which shall arise due to causes beyond its control and not occasioned by its fault nor due to any act of negligence of any other party, war, strike, civil turmoil, riots, fire, acts of any government agency thereof, failure of transportation communication, or acts of God. The applicant expressly acknowledges that the decision to grant or deny the application for a visa or authenticate/legalize/apostille a document is a decision of the country to which the application is made, and as such is outside the control of Kazakh Service Center. Kazakh Service Center disclaims any liability for losses, damages, forfeitures of deposit or expenses, damages of any kind whatsoever incurred by the applicant in the event the visa or another document applied for is denied or not obtained within a stated time period. The granting of any visa or authentication/legalization/apostille of a document is subject to terms and conditions stated herein. Applicant acknowledges that the responsibility for the accuracy of the information contained in the application is solely that of the applicant, and Kazakh Service Center disclaims any responsibility therefore. We also disclaim any liability or responsibility if the Embassy, Consulate or another government agency makes a mistake in the applicant's documents. Kazakh Service Center is not responsible for your documents as soon as they will be mailed and envelope tracking number is appeared at the postal system. In case if postal service lost your package you can repeat the process at additional expense.

Kazakh Service Center makes every effort to provide the most updated and accurate information regarding visas, authentication/legalization/apostille, current applications and requirements. All effort is provided to secure the prompt completion of every request. Visas and document authentication/legalization/apostille are subject to government changes without notice so we do not assume responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided. Visa and document request(s) authorize Kazakh Service Center to act and to perform as the agent in the procurement of the services without liability. As the granting or the denial of visa(s), and decision to authenticate/legalize/apostille are entirely up to the discretion of the issuing Embassy, Consulate or another government agency, we do not guarantee approval.

By submitting documents to Kazakh Service Center and making payment for its services, applicant understands that Kazakh Service Center is not the Embassy or Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan and expressly agrees to all the terms and conditions explained herein or elsewhere on our website.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Service and shipping fees will be charged once processing is started, even if the request is denied by the embassy or its official representative or cancelled by the client or higher authority. Embassy consular fees may be refunded in whole or in part depending on the policy of the applicable country.

Charges including any additional charges, are the responsibility of the applicant or their representative, are due and payable immediately, may be collected without notice, and may not be refunded except as stated herein.

  • A client may be eligible for a refund of their payment, less a cancellation fee (or service charge) of 55.00 USD (for US clients) or 55 CAD (for Canadian clients), subject to the following conditions:
  • The client must notify Kazakh Service Center that he/she wants to cancel the application within 24 hours of initiating service request.
  • No work has been performed on the visa/authentication/legalization/apostille file by any Kazakh Service Center representative.
  • If any of the above conditions cannot be met, then no refunds shall be made if the services were fully completed by Kazakh Service Center. Alternatively, depending on the stage of document processing, we may issue the client a credit for the balance of the resultant payment. This credit is non-transferable and can be applied against the cost of any future visa or document applications with us for a period of 12 months from the date of the credit.

Personal Information

Kazakh Service Center does not gather any personal information about the users of this website unless voluntarily provided to us (example: the user sends us an e-mail and/or makes a call).  If you choose to provide us with personal information (via e-mail, phone call or mail), we will only use the information provided by you to respond to your query or to help us perform the service you have initiated.  We retain the information only for the length of time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and use that information only for the purpose for which you provided it. Information submitted via our website is not sold or distributed to any third-party organizations or individuals.


Even though we accept credit cards, we do so via our arrangement with PayPal who provides secure credit card processing on its website. We do not see/store any client credit card information. Thus, Kazakh Service Center shall not be responsible for unauthorized access of any third-party to client credit card information and hereby disclaims any liability whatsoever.
