Exit Permit for Permanent Residency in Canada for Kazakhstan CitizensCitizens of Kazakhstan already in Canada can get permit from Kazakhstan Migration Police to take up permanent residency in Canada via Embassy of Kazakhstan in Canada withut the need for personal presence or return to Kazakhstan.  This service is often needed by those Kazakhstan citizens who in the past left Kazakhstan for permanent residency in Canada and for any reason did not obtain such permit or by those citizens who were in Canada or elsewhere overseas on a temporary visa status (e.g., student visa) and only recently obtained permanent residency in Canada.

Even though the process described below takes several months (up to 6 months), it will still save up time and money because trying to obtain such Migration Police permit in Kazakhstan will require personal presence in the country for at least 3 months.

Our rate for this service is vary and depends on your personal case and amount of the Canadian documents that have to be authenticated  via Global Affairs of Canada and translated after. The preparation of the individual package for your unique situation is time consuming process, so $120 CAD as a prepayment is needed in order to start your process.

If you will not include the return envelope, your documents will be returned by Canada Post regular mail free of charge ( KSC is not responsible for lost documents). If you need your documents to be returned by courier mail, please enclose a self-addressed prepaid envelope with postage paid or completed express mail waybill (FedEx, Purolator, UPS, DHL, Canada Post are accepted but FedEx preferred due to best service quality). We can also arrange for you the return shipping via FEDEX for additional cost.

Once our office has received your package, one of our representatives will contact you to begin the process of keeping you up to date regarding the receipt, progress and completion of your documents.  Or you can choose to contact our representative yourself to make sure your documents have been forwarded.
