Consular Registration of Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan Permanently Residing in Canada

Consular registration of Kazakhstan citizens in CanadaIn accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, all citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who came to Canada for permanent residence must obtain consular registration in the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Canada.  Otherwise, they may be refused in services by Kazakhstan embassies, consulates and overseas entities such as, for example, renewal of Kazakhstan passports or document authentication/legalization services.  Prior to taking up permanent residence in Canada, they must have obtained prior permission for permanent residence overseas from Kazakhstan Migration Police.

Our rate for this service is $100 CAD, ( family discount available) the timing is 5-6 working days. The return courier envelope is not included. The preparation of the individual package for your unique situation is time consuming process, so 20 % prepayment is needed in order to start your process.

If you will not include the return envelope, your documents will be returned by Canada Post regular mail free of charge ( KSC is not responsible for lost documents). If you need your documents to be returned by courier mail, please enclose a self-addressed prepaid envelope with postage paid or completed express mail waybill (FedEx, Purolator, UPS, DHL, Canada Post are accepted but FedEx preferred due to best service quality). We can also arrange for you the return shipping via FEDEX for additional cost.

Once our office has received your package, one of our representatives will contact you to begin the process of keeping you up to date regarding the receipt, progress and completion of your documents.  Or you can choose to contact our representative yourself to make sure your documents have been forwarded.
